The team members can be nominated for instances where they have delivered beyond the range of their current role. They sacrificed time and energy for the good of their function/branch in a specific area or event. B. Living the Values 1) Culture Champion: Own the Customer Experience - Recognize employees who have 1) Contributed to delivering an outstanding customer experience to external or internal customers. 2) Demonstrated superior understanding of our products and services. 3) Ensured delivery of superior quality service to clients within defined TAT. 4) Successfully fostered effective client relationships. 2) Culture Champion: Build Credibility & Trust - Recognize employees who have 1) Consistently delivered on commitments thereby building credibility for themselves across the organization. 2) Actions have helped their function and the organization achieve tremendous goodwill in the market. 3) Demonstrated a high degree of transparency and diligence which has led to early detection of frauds or process lapses. 3) Culture Champion: Win Together - Recognize employees who have 1) Been responsible for building medium to long term working relationships and are seen as a champion in promoting cohesiveness across the organization. 2) Encourages inter-team cooperation and 3) Derive synergies to ensure that the department/organization objectives are met. 4) Culture Champion: Improve Everyday - Recognize employees who have 1) Conceptualized best-in-class benchmark systems and processes to improve the existing quality consistently. 2) Takes ownership for the decision and their consequences. 3) Displayed an entrepreneurial mindset by exploring new areas for expansion and growth. 4) Evaluates the complexity of problems and their possible outcomes, while arriving at any decision.
